THE CURRENT ROUTE
How Rebirth works in Slime RNG
- 1
Unlock Goop Drops in the enemy side of the Upgrade Tree so defeated enemies can drop the Rebirth resource.
- 2
Collect at least 500 Goop for the first Rebirth, the only starting cost repeated across Game8, Pro Game Guides, and the Wiki.
- 3
Before confirming, spend or plan around your current Coins and remember which zones you will need to reopen.
- 4
Use the Rebirth control and verify that your Slimes, upgrades, items, and any reported leftover Goop remain.
- 5
Rebuild Coins and zone access with the stronger Luck multiplier, then collect Goop for the next Rebirth.
SOURCE CHECK
What we know
Official Roblox sources
- The official game description confirms the broader loop of rolling rare Slimes, upgrading, fighting enemies, and unlocking worlds.
- It does not publish Rebirth costs, a maximum level, retained inventory rules, or the multiplier table.
Current supporting sources
- Game8, Pro Game Guides, and the Slime RNG Wiki all report 500 Goop for the first Rebirth.
- Game8 and the Wiki agree that Coins and unlocked zones reset while Slimes, upgrades, and items remain.
- Game8, Pro Game Guides, and the Wiki agree that Rebirth increases Luck for later rolls.
WHAT YOU KEEP
Your collection and upgrades should remain
The shared source set says your Slimes, Upgrade Tree progress, and items carry into the next run. The Wiki also reports that Goop above the required cost carries over, but check the confirmation screen before spending a large balance.
WHAT RESETS
Coins and zone progress start again
Plan to reopen zones after each Rebirth. Crafting and later machines may become unreachable until you rebuild the route, even though your collected Slimes and upgrades remain.
DETAILS NOT YET CONFIRMED
Still checking
- Game8 says later costs rise by 500 each time, while the Wiki table doubles costs. Because those claims conflict, ObbyList does not publish a complete current Rebirth cost table.
- The Wiki says there is no Rebirth cap and displays levels through 30, but the official game page does not confirm a current maximum.
- Exact July 2026 Luck multipliers after every Rebirth are not published here because the table may change with updates.
- The current location and wording of the Rebirth button are not confirmed by two current sources.
