Start by rolling Slimes, equipping your strongest available team, defeating enemy Slimes for Coins, and spending those Coins on useful upgrades and new zones. There is no single perfect first session, so this route focuses on the systems that current sources consistently describe.

THE CURRENT ROUTE

What to do first in Slime RNG

  1. 1

    Roll your first Slimes and compare their rarity and combat strength before deciding what to equip.

  2. 2

    Use the backpack and Equip Best option to put your strongest available Slimes on the field.

  3. 3

    Walk near enemy Slimes so your equipped team fights them automatically and earns Coins from wins.

  4. 4

    Open the Upgrade Tree and work toward Auto-Roll so rolling can continue while you handle combat and exploration.

  5. 5

    Spend Coins on new zones, then check each area for machines, enemies, and Recipe Scrolls instead of staying in the first zone.

  6. 6

    Unlock useful item drops and feed Food to Slimes when you need more levels and combat power.

  7. 7

    Prepare the next loop: Goop unlocks Rebirth progress, Heaven introduces Crafting, and Luck sources help with rarer rolls.

  • The official Roblox description says the core loop is rolling rare Slimes, upgrading them, fighting enemy Slimes, and unlocking new worlds.
  • The official description also tells players that playing with friends can improve Luck.
  • Roblox listed the game as updated on July 11, 2026 when this guide set was researched.

A SIMPLE EARLY LOOP

Roll, fight, upgrade, then open the next zone

When progress slows, check which part of the loop is blocking you. Weak combat points to better Slimes, more Slime Slots, or levels. Slow Coins points to Coin Income or more enemies. Slow rolling points to Auto-Roll and roll-speed upgrades.

Do not spend every Coin on one branch without checking what new system another branch unlocks. Machines such as the Teleporter, Crafting Machine, and XP Transfer Machine become useful as more zones open.

The sources agree on the core systems but not on one exact minute-by-minute route. This page therefore does not claim one perfect play style or promise that every old price is still current.

ObbyList also does not recommend paid boosts as a required beginner step. Free progression systems are listed first.
