Source checked July 12, 2026. Roblox confirms the broad economy, industry, army, and capture loop. Games.gg and All Things How independently support starting with income and production. The exact build order was not tested in game by ObbyList.
THE CURRENT ROUTE
A source-checked Mini War opening direction
- 1
Build housing and basic production to create steady income before heavy troop spending.
- 2
Upgrade production while income is weak instead of rushing advanced military units.
- 3
After income is stable, add military for the current threat; treat research and territory timing as situational.
ECONOMY FIRST
Build income that can pay for the next decision
The official game loop connects a city, factories or industry, an army, and captured land. The two checked guides agree on the safest opening principle: establish housing and basic production before spending heavily on troops. A military purchase that empties the economy can win one moment while leaving later buildings and replacements unaffordable.
Watch whether income continues after the first purchases. If production cannot fund another upgrade or replace a lost unit, strengthen it before moving into a more expensive plan. Economy-first does not mean never building troops; it means reaching the point where military spending does not stop the rest of the city.
THREAT CHECK
Add military for the danger that exists now
Once income is stable, look at the current threat. A nearby attack can justify defense sooner than a peaceful opening, while an unpressured city can keep improving production. This is why ObbyList does not publish a fixed minute or building count. The correct military timing depends on what opponents are doing and whether the economy can support the response.
Use the same rule for army composition. Buy for the situation instead of copying one permanent force. If the threat changes, the useful response can change too. Exact unit costs, named factory paths, and one best composition remain Checking because the shared sources do not prove a universal order.
EXPANSION LIMIT
Research and territory are situational, not automatic next steps
Expansion creates more to manage and defend. Research can be valuable, but it can also delay the income or units needed immediately. Before either choice, ask whether the current city is producing reliably and whether the new commitment can be protected. The durable opening is economy, then a threat-aware military response, not one rigid sequence for every match.
RECOVERY CHECK
A stable opening can replace losses without stopping growth
Use recovery as the economy test. After a small military purchase or loss, can production fund replacements while city upgrades continue? If not, the opening is still fragile. Strengthen income before choosing a larger army or wider territory. If the city can recover and an opponent now creates pressure, military spending has a clearer purpose. This keeps “economy first” practical rather than turning it into a rule to ignore immediate danger.
