THE CURRENT ROUTE
Follow the level 700 Second Sea route

Reach level 700 and talk to the Military Detective at Prison.

Use his key at the Frozen Village cave and defeat Ice Admiral behind the locked door.
- 3
Return to the Military Detective, then talk to the Experienced Captain in Middle Town.

What we know
Current supporting sources
- Two current guides agree that the Second Sea access quest begins at level 700 with the Military Detective in Prison.
- Both guides give the same route: get the key, defeat Ice Admiral in the Frozen Village cave, return to the Detective, then talk to the Experienced Captain in Middle Town.
- The captain is the last step, so going to Middle Town before finishing the Detective and Ice Admiral steps will not complete the route.
